I already issue my certificates
Keep your system and your template. You register the issued certificate here — including old ones, in bulk — and it becomes verifiable. Nothing changes in your process.
Enter the code printed on the certificate. It is free and needs no account.
Millions of certificates are issued every day and almost none of them can be checked. VerID4U gives every certificate a unique code and a public verification page — so issuers can prove they are serious, and employers can stop taking a PDF on trust.
Carry on issuing your own way and register only the proof here — or issue through VerID4U, with the seal and QR code built in.
Every certificate receives a unique 12-character code and a QR code pointing at its verification page.
In 10 seconds, with no account and no cost: who issued it, what was completed, whether it is still valid.

The register proves authorship, integrity and date: it shows that the certificate existed on that date and has not been altered. Full legal standing for a document comes from a qualified electronic signature under UK eIDAS, which we offer as a separate module. We would rather say this plainly than promise more than we deliver.
Every registered certificate stays verifiable. You can export everything at any time in an open standard (Open Badges 3.0) and, if the business ever winds down, the verification index stays published. A register that can disappear is not a register.
No. The verification page never shows an ID number, email address or phone number, and the name appears partially by default — the holder decides. Verification pages are not indexed by search engines either.
